1. How do I pay my order ?  >Top

You can pay your order via : Visa Card, Master Card . If you have paypal, you can pay your order via Paypal . if you don't have either credit card and paypal, you can pay via Western Union, Please contact us to get more info about Western Union .

2. When will I receive my shoes ?  >Top

After you pay, please allow us to use 2 days to send your shoes. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number with in 48 hours after you pay your order. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your order.

EMS(Post office) promises us, The shipping time will takes about 8-12 working days, but usually it will more shorter than they promises.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF WE SENT YOU THE CORRECT PRODUCTS!!! We only accept return the merchandise in following cases: we send you the wrong size/color/item or you received merchandise with blemishs. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.

9. Will I be charged by tax?   >Top

Only few country maybe will charge some tax by their local customs. and we can send your shoes as gifts. so 90% will pass customs without tax fee.
